By car, it is around a two-hour drive from London; from Newhaven centre, it is less than ten minutes. The nearest international airport is Gatwick Airport, just less than an hour’s drive. On foot, you take a train to Brighton; then the Gatwick express straight to the airport; the journey is just over one hour.
