Saidia beach

Known as 'the Blue Pearl of the Mediterranean', Saidia is a small city on the border with Algeria, close to Oujda in the northeast. Playa Blanca (Guelmin)

Located in southern Morocco, opposite the Canary Islands, this beach was referred to as 'Playa Blanca' by Spanish explorers. The beach is about a forty-kilometre stretch, entirely covered by white sand dunes. It is considered the longest and one of the wildest beaches in Morocco. 'Playa Blanca' may be tricky to reach, due to its remote location.
